Purpose of initiative activities

Each and every employee and student plays a significant role in the development of Satakunta University of Applied Sciences. The initiatives, innovations and creative ideas of the community members are important since the quality and success of the operations can only be improved with the help of a competent staff who have a critical attitude towards work tasks and work community. The initiative activities aim at promoting the independent development of work and the working environment.

Taking the initiative

An initiative proposal can be made by any permanent or temporary member of staff or by any student of SAMK. It can also be made by a group.
