With this form you can apply for returning your study right that has ended or that you have lost. Attach to your application your study plan (form OP15) that you have made with student counsellor, the receipt of a paid handling fee and a copy of a document that exempts you from paying the tuition fee. NB! If you have finished your studies in SAMK in open university, please apply for a new study right in SAMK's separate application: https://www.samk.fi/en/apply-to-study/applying/study-right-based-on-previous-studies/ Payment instructions of the handling fee: - Receiver: Satakunnan ammattikorkeakoulu Oy - Bank account: IBAN FI69 5700 8120 2517 85, BIC OKOYFIHH - Message: Returning of study right/your name - Amount: 50 € (currency is euro) If you do not pay the handling fee (50 euros), your application will not be processed. Your application will be processed within approximately one month, unless we need additional information to process it. Applications are not handled during week 8, summer vacations, week 43 and Christmas holidays. You will be asked for more information, if needed. The decision will be sent to your email right after it's made. If you're granted the return of your study right, it will be saved to Loki within two weeks of the decision date. If you are not exempted from paying the tuition fee, you will receive payment instructions for the tuition fee first. Your study right will be activated in Loki only after we have received your tuition fee payment.
